Challenging brief is to convert single storey detached bungalow into large two storey house meeting modern living needs. The concept design is to reduce visual impact on the existing environment therefore the massing and overbearing effect led the design to look single storey from the front and two storey from the back of the house providing large accommodation and same time in keeping with the surrounding area.
